This leaflet was made after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
Please note that while this leaflet says that relactation can only occur 6 months after ceasing breastfeeding there are many case studies where it has happened years after breastfeeding has stopped. Indeed women that have adopted infants have been able to breastfeed. Please take this section under advisement.
