This short booklet aims to inform community members involved in disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis, of essential precautions and measures that should be taken. It covers water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as some essential information on breastfeeding and supplementary foods for vulnerable groups during emergencies. It is an appendix to the Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) Manual.
Available in English and Bahasa:NOTE, the English version has a page about the importance of breastfeeding during an emergency. The Indonesian version does not appear to have this same page.
